When Kristen was the director of advancement at the Loppet Foundation, she kept an ever-growing list of “someday” projects. She wished a volunteer with strong writing and communication skills would appear and complete the nice-to-do-when-there’s-time projects for which there was never time. Early in her consulting practice, Kristen envisioned a “toss it to me” service, where she would tackle those perennial projects. Over the years, she has served as an extension of the team at HealthPartners, Mounds Park Academy, Great MN Schools, the Cultural Wellness Center, and other organizations.
